I have an enormous passion to guide families into bringing their own sunshine at home. I see motherhood as a sacred journey, but it is one challenging journey, specially when we opt to live it consciously. I believe it is when we do our inner work that we thrive, not just as individuals but also as the guide we want to be for our kids. I know there’s a way to fall in love with this role, to appreciate it and find joy in it.
There’re many parts of my personal story that I know can inspire many to dream about the unimaginable, to love past any egoic boundaries, to have the courage to stand up to cultural standards and expectations, and above all to have an open heart EVERY DAY for transformation… But the details of these are saved for my books which I’ll get to share with you soon.
It is the combination of my passion, training, and personal experience of parenting, divorce, co-parenting, grief, single-mothering & spirited children that allows me to deeply open my heart to YOUR story and I am humbled to get to do what I love.
Why conscious parenting?
My training with Dr. Shefali added tremendous value to my own life, as for most of this training we got to experience what it is to go through the coaching ourselves. By allowing myself to really submerge into the teachings and exercises I found abundant healing and light. It is this exactly, what we will do together.
I chose conscious parenting because I truly believe that if we genuinely show up for ourselves by healing with grace and accountability, then our children can feel the liberty of being exactly who they are... and in the end that is the only real thing they need to be
Parenting from the heart, not fear allows us to truly be the most genuine version of ourselves and thus the best parents for our children.

Meet my teachers…
Belen is my youngest daughter, she’s full of life, spontaneity and joy. She brings such balance and lightness to our family!
Some of the main lessons Belen has taught me have been:
To live in the present.
To laugh as much as possible.
To pause, step back and start again.
To sing with no fear.
Benji is my first teacher! He has stretched my soul to the deepest places. He’s full of spirit, strength and heart.
Some of the main lessons Benji has taught me have been:
My best is always good enough.
To never doubt my strength.
To accept with no condition.
To stand up for what I believe.
