About Little Rituals
Little Rituals was born from my love and passion for rituals and my desire to provide mothers with both spiritual & physical tools to start developing a genuine and loving connection with themselves and therefore their children.
Rituals have been a significant part of my motherhood journey from the very beginning. They have carried and lifted me throughout the most challenging aspects of it, but they have also served as a way of celebrating the most tender and sweetest moments of this journey.
My wish is for you to use these rituals to help you develop an authentic connection to yourself and with your children that starts from pregnancy and can be carried throughout the vital emotional developmental stage of your children. I have seen the value of these rituals in my own family and hold deep gratitude for the treasured connecting moments they have enabled me to have with my children.
